The D-303 is in very good condition. Below the buttons << and >> there is a mark and a small dent. The optical, analog line-out, and headphone-out are working. The player does not skip during playback. The battery compartment lid is missing but there is not a problem in using AA or B2-2EX batteries. The mount base which attach to the player covers completely the back of the player, therefore the missing compartment lid is not a big issue.
