I purchased an iBasso D10 headphone amp + accessories. The item was functional, but not exactly as described.

- an upgraded interconnect was missing (worth %12 of the sale price)
- older than described (thus no longer under warranty), and 2nd hand
- minor scuffs to casing, stripped screws (making disassembly very difficult), slight damage to internal LED
- markings on 3 out of 7 opamps in the rolling kit were worn out and unidentifiable

Seller marginalized my points, claiming that since the amp was functional I had nothing to complain about and that I still got a good deal on the amp. I asked for a 20% refund, seller offered 5%. I lowered to 10%, seller remained at 5%.

Seller is underaged and played the age card for pity when confronted.
