wow, I am starting to like the custom 3's alot! Reading good reviews about it! Plus at $109 it sounds so worth it!!

it was fantastic when it was £200 so its a real still at $109 new ,go for it !  they sound so good for there price,i have two ,one as a back up pair ., you just need to be careful how you treat the cable as it is thin but quite sturdy , i have had no problem with mine and it is in perfect condition still 10 months after i got them.

I did read that the cable is a bit on the stiff side and kinks appear, but i dont think thats going to bother me much as long as I look after them. do you think they will kink if I rap them around my ipod??

they will be ok if you loosely rap them round ,but don't rap them tight to create a 45 degree angles that's all

The case that comes with the Klipsch Custom 3 looks rather large. You might be able to fit your iPod and headphones in there.

Just to add another one into the mix, the ATH-CK10 can probably be found for $200USD.

yes an ipod and the custom 3 and all the tips fit nicely in the supplied case.
