The RS-1 cups are 1 piece from end to end. If you are trying to copy the length measure and copy what you have now.

1 piece is easy already made a few but all different lengths.

 

so still need length.

Surely you have your own ruler and pencil&paper. Someone else telling you the dimensions of the cups wont necessarily get you your desired total length if the length of the inner cylinders are different. I have not measured, I dont know if they are or not... do you?

 

Measure the length of the plastic (or wood in the case of HF1/2) cylinder that the driver is mounted in. Subtract that from the total length. This is the inner step where the cylinder that the driver is mounted in butts up against. Add a little bit for the skirt that overhangs the cylinder, this is another place its good to take your own measurement.

 

Or liberate the drivers from the plastic thing and make 1 piece cups like the RS-1 do. I cut them out. carefully.
