Hi guys, I haven't posted here in ages. I'm a smalltime electronic music producer and DJ and I love my Ultrasone 750s, but I think they're just too bassy for what I want out of a headphones right now... the music I make is very bass heavy!
Anyway I'm up for a trade with someone who wants a pair of headphones that's a little bit less subtle than say the HD600s I used to have, but very capable in deliverying impact (the bass out of these is amazing... I don't mean wumpy, very deep and detailed, but they don't make a good reference against my monitors!). Soundstage is really cool to, just not quite right for mixing (ironically I want a more headphoney sounding headphone for my mixing!).
I'd almost always rather make the exchange in person, as then no one has to worry about getting ripped off... I've just heard too many horror stories, but if there's a escrow service or the like then I'm happy to use that too!
I'm happy to hear from anyone who has a set that they think might be worth the trade on these too! Obviousely these would have to be closed back as well as of comparable quality and a similar price point.
