Does anyone here know of any other bands like MGMT or Animal Collective? Like psychedelic pop I guess

Passion pit is kinda like that. Try using pandora thats pretty good at giving similar bands. but those bands may just bring a lot more random indie rock.

You should try electric president as well. They are a lot more chill but still really, really awesome.

Maybe Grizzly Bear?  Department of Eagles?  They're both more chill but still pretty similar.  Maybe check out Panda Bear, a member of Animal Collective.

Also, after having listened to a few OK GO songs, they sound pretty similar to MGMT but not really to Animal Collective.

OK GO??? Idk if we're thinking of the same OK GO. . . The mainstream pop rock band? No synths or psychotropic melodies?! They have some good stuff actually but ehh.. I'm going for more soothing and harmonious with some warm undertones if that makes sense

Atlas Sound

Black Dice

Terrestrial Tones

Passion Pit

The Management

Klaxons

Julian Casablancas

Bear in Heaven can be described as Psychedelic Pop. According to Wikipedia "the sound of the band incorporates influences from psychedelic musicelectronic music, and krautrock."
