I would rate all three pairs about 7 - 8/10, primarily because the Cardas silver RCA connectors tarnish over time and don't look pretty (Tim said you can use Tarn-X to remove some of the tarnish).
I have three 8 ft. lengths of Analysis Plus Oval 12 terminated with spades. I would say 8/10 AGS condition because there is some wear on spade lugs:

IIRC, Moon Audio told me their custom bananas were voiced to sound just like the Cardas spades, so should sound like a factory terminated pair (please note that these bananas are soldered onto the bare speaker wire, but there is no mechanical crimp, so care has to be taken when inserting and removing the banana plugs - I pulled on the wire of one lead and broke the solder joint (I sent it to Moon who resoldered it for me).
