Hey, I have several questions about music copyright. Hope someone can help me with these:

1, If I listen online streaming radio from a website has no copyright of what it broadcasts, do I violate any law?

2, What if this website is not in America while I listen to it from America and what I listen are published in America? (for example, We Sing We Dance We Steal from Jason Mraz)

3, What if this website has copyright only in its own country, like China, but I listen to this website from America and what I listen are published in America?

There are so many websites in China providing online music service. And it's free. I can find whatever I want. However, I think most of them have no copyright, while some (maybe one or two) of them claim they have copyright in China. Some of them do not provide service to me since my IP address is from America. So I think they have copyright to broadcast music only in China.(eg: Google has music service in China, but only provides this service to IP addresses from China.) But some of them do not detect IP at all.
