I happened into a big bag of these and only needed a few. I'll sell them anywhere in the conus for 1$ per pair @ 1.5$ shipping.
I would prefer to sell even numbers of these because they kinda stack together so the pins don't bend or punch through envelopes.
The hole in the center is big enough for an led.
I also have a few 48v power supplies for SSMH amps. They're made by delta electronics and will come with a power cord (which many on ebay don't come with) for 9$ shipped.
