I bought this Touch in mid-June. It's a refurb (but no doubt an open box special), purchased directly from Apple. Best thing, it has a 1 year warranty from June 5 2010-June 5 2011. I will be willing to provide a receipt or handle return should anything go wrong. Can't say that about much used gear. It works great and I updated it to iOS4, working greatt, no battery issues, etc. It's sold by Apple as 3G, but it's really a 2G since they didn't do much to update the 8GB model.
Anyway, it's a good price, asking $129 shipping included (CONUS). Will sell international, but $10 shipping premium. If you need me to get a warranty replacement, shipping costs belong to buyer, but hope it doesn't come to that.
Comes with USB cable, ibuds (still in plastic), dock adapter and box.
Decided to buy a larger capacity Touch.
