After much perseverence, I found some tips that work great (sennheiser medium silicones). I think that initially, the large barrels on these iems were simply too much for my ears, but the sq is just excellent (I am a newbie here, so please excuse my ignorance), in my humble opinion. I had previously been listening to the re0s, which are just clarity personified, but they do lack some bottom end. So I decided to plunge for the TF10s. I will try to post some opinions once I have got used to them.
Sorry for wasting anyone who might have read this FS thread's time - but I changed my mind.
I hope to be able to contribute to what is an excellent forum, albeit a little technical at times.
No problem man, I had your problem. The silicone tips which came with mine where hard and not comfortable at all, plus sound was not that great, and I could feel it. I changed to some 5 dollars earphones tips, and now it is rocking GREAT
