Help needed on building my rig

Hi folks, I'm from Venezuela and I have a good time reading and learning a lot here in the forums, I want to buy a good equipment for music listening and gaming, but my budget is only $400 (Gobernment limit), wath can I purchase with thath money?

I already have a K701, Sennheiser PC161, Sennheiser CX300, Westone UM1, Sansa Fuze, Ipod nano 4th gen and a hot rodded x-fi Xtreme Gamer FPS. I listen a wide range of genres, form classical to rock, including latin genres like salsa, merengue...

In the diy area i already built a cmoy, skezeres and a variation of the SSMH using 12AU7 tubes, but only using cheaps components.

I was thinking on build a CKKIII or M3 but I'm in doubt if the x-fi would be an aceptable dac, another option i have viewed is buying a AUNE, UDAC, Xonar ST, X-Fi Forte or diying a y1 dac or another good quality dac. The only way of get quality components is import.

I like the detail and sound singnature of the K701 but is a little "short" in the bass area, and sometimes can sound harsh.

So, for $400 wath combination would give me the best money/performance ratio, with the K701 in mind (wich will be my principal headphones)?

Thanks for reading and responses, I'm so sorry for my bad english, I hope your eyes has survived. :-)

P.D. The items can be shipped to Miami, from there I can pay in local currency.
