Beats out the Bose Triport, the HD 202 and HD 435s, the AT M35 and AT M50. Just try it and see. Extremely comfortable (I wear mine while commuting and studying, for about 5+ hours a day). Bought...
When I first put them on on I though that the highs will blow my head off. My ears got tired after 10 - 15 minutes. I though I would throw them out of the window. But having read some good...
it's about two weeks that i've bought them and i'm quiet satisfied with it ... first i wanted to buy the J3 but it's 3.3 AMOLED screen and good video playing was not needed!!
it's low 16GB...
SEE PROS & CONS.
NOTE: The clamping factor will obviously differ from person to person, but I'm surprised to find little mention of it, as it is the sole reason I'd never think twice about...
Does anyone else appreciate this guitar player immensely?
His work with Racer X and Mr. Big are great, but also his solo albums too. I'm listening through his "Get Out Of My Yard" album again, and it's fantastic. The recording quality is pretty awesome too.
Only reason I ask is because he has a new album, Fuzz Universe, coming out tomorrow (in Japan).
I'm a fan as well, underrated in my circles. His solo work is really great, Burning Organ and Flying Dog in particular. Oh and his contribution to the Guitars That Rule The World compilation is total win - "I Understand Completely" is his best composition IMO.
He doesn't have a "style" - he can play pretty much any genre. He plays some awesome classical/acoustic stuff, but he can shred his ass off on an electric too.
This guy is clearly no gitar-god wannabe. Aside from the technical prowess, he has a lot of imagination. And better yet, sheer joy in playing. Thanks!
Now for one of the old guys (give it enough time to get to the long solo after the bass solo). You'll be able to see why I like Paul Gilbert's imagination.
Huge fan, saw him at G3 a while back and loved it. Love his Racer X and Mr.Big work. Dont like his solo stuff as much though, but there are some very good songs here and there.

Oh wow, he's great. Thanks to you too!
Yes... I love Gilbert's enthusiasm too. I get the feeling he'd be just as enthusiastic as he is even if he was just a smoke on the water on a single string kinda guy.
You guys might be familiar with Buckethead. Paul taught Buckethead.

Soooo jealous. Like seriously, jealous.
Listen to the album "Silence Followed By A Deafening Roar" in its entirety - that's a badass album.
