Apheared 47 hiss/static problem 2X OPA2107

Hi guys,

i just made the apheared 47 using the layout and schematic of http://benfeist.com/a47/ with just those differencese:

- Power caps C1=C2=1000uF

- No volume Pot

- no diode

- opamp used: 2x 2107

i put it in a plastic enclosure and i use it with alessandro ms1i and cowon d2...BUT

Actually got a problem:

- headphone connected, cowon d2 connected and ON (no music anyway), i hear some hiss in the right channel

- headphone connected, cowon d2 connected but OFF, hear some noise in both channel...

- and when i switch to off the amp, i hear a loud "pop" on the right channel!

how to fix it?

- put decoupling caps (0,1uF) on each amp+

- lowered gain to 3.2

= same issues but lowered (of course)

Any help to remove hiss and noise buzzle when headphones on and no sources in?

I dont have any volume pot...so should i put some resistance (1K) on the input?

So here there are the events:

AMP is ALWAYS ON in those tests!

1) headphones attached in the OUT jack and i hear some static sound in both channel!

1a) If i put my two hands one to cover under and one to cover the over if the amp, the sound bacame really low!

1b) if i touch the IN jack and i approach my other hand under the amp and with my other hand!the static sound vanishes

1c) when doing 1-1a-1b i always uplift the amp in the air...from my table to the air! while if i do the same but with the amp still on the table, the static its still there even if i touch it or stuff.

2) i attach my cowon d2 player (OFF MODE) to the IN jack of the amp and the static sound is still there while if i uplift it in the air BOTH AND ONLY BOTH amp and cowon with my hands it gets lower and putting it in my pocket let the static vanish!

3) cowon d2 attached to the IN jack in ON mode, NO static at all!Just a low hiss sound!

any help?

Put 2x input res (from input to ground just before the 2 input cap)...but that doesent fix my problem either...any help please?

I suppose it has to do with the vground but cant fix it!

about the in jack i use something like that http://www.cui.com/getPDF.aspx?filename=SJ1-3515N.pdf (5 pin)

i soldered a wire from PIN1 to VGROUND on the board

wire from PIN2 for left

wire PIN3 for right

...is it correct?what bout pin 4 and 5?
