I've been reading lots of great reviews on the RSA protector, and I've noticed the really sleek Pico Slim recently. I have JH-16s on order in a few weeks and I really want to enjoy true audio heaven =) while maintaining the most portable setup!

However, I'm very curious about this.. how much SQ improvement would an amp like Pico Slim be on my Cowon iAudio9 (HO) > JH-16s? My Cowon DAP only has a headphone out, so I'm really doubting the SQ improvement, as an IEM doesn't require that much power at all! Only headphones do!

Is the SQ improvement worth the 399 price tag of the Pico Slim, compared to my upgrade from Westone3 to JH-16s? Can anyone help me out? Thank you very much!!
