I personally find them pretty comfortable. I use pleather pads but I've read that the valour ones are more comfortable. I can easily wear them for 3+ hours without my ears hurting and the headband is to adjustable so that's never been a problem for me.
Cons, hmm let me think. Oh sonically they don't have a very large soundsatge, really no soundstage. They were designed to be Pro DJ headphones so they aren't really suited to classical music, or any other genre dependent on a large soundstage. The only other things that pops into my mind the the plug is quite large to cater for the screw on 1/4 inch adapter. I shouldn't really complain about this because it's really strong and being able to screw on the adapter is quite a positive but there you go. Other than that I can't think of any.
My current portable set up is a 8gb Sansa Clip+ with a 16gb microSD card running all FLACs with my HD 25's and Meelectronic M6's as my 'phones. I also have a iPod Video 5.5g 80gb coming in the post. ;)
Before I bought the Clip+ I was using a Cowon D2+ which I sold to buy the Clip. It was a good move for me .
