well? lets see if this generates any interest?

this is a tough one for me to write, so, please bear with me. my passion/hobby for as long as i can remember has been sound, so i have spent quite a bit of time as you all have, buying, selling trading, up to a few month's ago i was where i wanted to be. but a few medical problems popped up, because of the resulting change in life style it is difficult to listen as i used to, for no other reason than it is hard to remain seated while i listen, i need to move to a portable rig and hopefully IEM's. so! here it is, less than a year ago i changed my can rig, went pretty far out, bought the HEADROOM ULTRA DESKTOP AMP, DIMARZO 15' BIG RED HEADPHONE EXTENSION, KIMBER 15' USB CABLE, AND THE GRADO RS1i all to run my macbook as my music server. this remarkable package is? well just everything i have ever wanted for a can rig, from headroom it was a little more than $2700.00 but it has been in the safe for more than 4 months now, i miss my sounds, music.

so here it is, i am wondering if there is someone out there who shares my tastes, meaning wanting to buy the rig, so i can reach my goals of having a smaller portable rig that includes really good IEM'S so that i can still enjoy good music once again.

i take very good care of all my gear, all the gear is in new condition, even have the box's, i have done some buying and selling here, i am seeking $2,000.00 as a sale price, or am willing to talk over portable rig's as part of the asking price in trade.

it has taken me months to write this letter, i did not include photos of my gear because this is a feeler just to see if there is any interest, plus all my gear can be seen on the headroom site since it was all purchased there, but if i do get real response, than i will be happy to provide  as many photos as requested.

thank you for reading my post.

hi,

nice gear  here, i have always wanted to try grado's.

if u want a portable rig, i can safely and highly reccomend the lisa iii plus westone 3 or triple fi 10 or westone um3x, but something tells me you already know what ya want,, ehh

also there is a new smaller lisa version coming out that is said to be just as powerful

good luck

actually i dont really know in which direction to go with the portable rig, i do know that a really good rig is fabulous, but i am not up on the better or best especially well to be honest from amp/dac to iems?  i just know that my habits have changed, not my habits, abilities. the grados are wonderful, its an either love em or hate em kinda thing, i love em, and than again i love the laid back B&W's 2 very different soundstage's, thank you for your input, i do not know if i have entered this in the proper format, or if i am asking too much, but any of you who might be interested, please feel free to begin a dialog, i am very open to trades, opinions, just linda need help here. thank's
