Is the sound quality on the Sansa Clip+ the same as the Sansa Clip?

I'm looking for a basic mp3 player and I heard the Sansa clip has the best sound quality for a budget mp3 player. Is the sound quality on the newer clip+ the same? Thanks.

Yes, some reviewers have even said it has a bit better, warmer sound to it than the clip.

My Sansa Clip+ sounds much better from memory then my original Clip.  I remember my original beign very grainy and had a pitch problem.  I rarely listend to it.  I may have had a defective until though since the battery burned the whole insides of it.
