I have no specific data, but have to say that I always dread this time of year. For one, it starts becoming too warm to sleep comfortably without a fan or AC on (I love a cold room), and the days are too long, which shorten my sleep schedule. I sleep much better from the fall to the spring when it's cooler and darker. I don't know if that might trigger things. I don't have episodes or anything, I just count the days to September. Then I know I'll sleep well again and college football will be back.
