Silverstone EB01S - Suitable Amplifier?

Hey guys, Just picked up an EB01 after reading some reviews on here & other sites. I'll be connecting it to my netbook which is the source of all my audio.

 

I'm looking for an upgrade from my old Aego M's which I've now sold on.

 

Budget is around £60, All I'm looking for is something with Bass/Treble controls, that's the minimum requirement.

 

I'll most likely be picking something up off of ebay, is there anything specific that'llgo well with what I have so far? I'd be looking to drive some Bookshelf speakers with the setup.

Isn't the EB01 a DAC? If it only has a DAC circuit, you'll need an amplifier to power speakers. The least expensive option is to find an old receiver at a thrift store, junk shop or Craigslist. Maybe a relative or friend will have an old two channel receiver they'll let you have.

Yeah it's a DAC, sorry I forgot to put that in my OP, just wondering if theres any specific amp that someone may know that goes well with what I've bought so far.
