Please recommend me a surround sound test CD/DVD

Can anybody recommend a good test disc for tuning and evaluation of surround sound systems (either 4.1 or 5.1)?

What exactly are you looking for? something that just has tones, or something more complex like a helicopter hovering, making flybys?

mostly positioning.

 

Ideally the disc will have a track as something like "right behind you" or " in front of you" or "30 degrees to the left" "60 degrees to the right" and maybe a tracking simulating a sound source going circle around me. That will help adjusting the settings to get the correct results, kind of like a surround calibration disk....
