Anyone watching the Mahut / Isner match at Wimbledon? Longest match in history! - Page 2

it seems the brake would only happen if one of them brakes his arm... i hope ambulance is nearby...

Isner looks like a walking zombie..... I am amazed at how he can still hold serve TO LOVE on the 115th game.

Unless he suddenly gets a jolt of energy... i don't see him breaking Mahut unless Mahut double faults a lot...

The only end I see happening is if Isner faints and has to retire..... or Mahut lets up a match points

Isner looks almost wobbly on his feet. Mahut still running and diving!

I think Mahut is trying to get in Isner's head.

Now they're talking about stopping the match because it's getting dark...

they're suspending it at 59-59. 10 hours of play! damn...

It's just ridiculous. Some great text-commentary from the Grauniad here...

they should just settle it playing Virtua Tennis or something cos this doesnt seem to be going anywhere. A new day brings new fortunes I guess. We'll see.

I saw part of this match and it was ridiculous. I came in at 33 all and left around 42 all. I thought the game would have ended but I went on to find it tied and delayed until tomorrow. This is a crazy game with so many records not only getting broken but obliterated. I guess with the match continuing tomorrow both of them will get some rest since they both looked dead tired.

Yes, ridiculous alright. I woke up and heard it on the news (I'm in the Southern Hemisphere). I thought I heard 59-58 but didnt trust my ears. Must be fun...

When Federer or any of the other big names becomes an after thought it has to be a hell of a match not to mention the World Cup :) I couldn't believe it when my friend told me it was 33-33 in the 5th set.

If it gets to 100-100 they should both just win Wimbledon by default.

Or at least someone should buy them a hotdog.

Hotdogs with Federer after the championship match.
