Need Recommendation for stereo receiver for polk audio lsi9 bookshelf speakers

my old onkyo receiver crapped out on me. I have Polk audio LSi9 bookshelf speakers. They have dual 5-way, gold-plated binding post terminals so I'd want a stereo receiver with an a+b biwiring capability. I also have an infinity ps212 400 watt rms powered 12inch sub. I use this 2.1 set up for my home listening connected to my computer soundcard Auzentech x-meridian. Im looking at the Denon DRA-697ci 100 x 2 but not sure. Any ideas?

Was faced with a similar issue a year or so ago. My daughter has similar Polks (don't remember the exact model). Ended up buying refurbished YAMAHA HTR-6160 for her. It has 5.1 channels. Pretty pleased. Very good sound for not much money.

ended up with a denon avr 1712. It's a lower end denon thats only giving each speaker 90 watts when they like to have 200 watts. And it's 5.1 when I only need 2.1 so wasted amp channels. Bought it off a buddy movin for college for 100 bucks. It's a decent interim solution till i can find a really nice 2 channel home receiver.

Polk lsi9 bookshelfs should be getting 200 watts each. They can be bi amped one for the lows and one for the highs and mids. Should I get 2 seperate 2 channel home amps like a 150x2 for the lows and 50x2 for the highs?  Any models and suggestions?

Since the denon is a 5 channel or maybe its a 7 not sure can i use the other channels to bi amp the speakers pushing them to 180 watts each?

The Behringer A500 has tons of power, has very good reviews, and best of all it's relatively cheap
