WTT Xbox 360 for ER4P, K701, K501 or MDR-F1

Title pretty much says it all. Looking for any one of those headphones (PM me if you think I might be interested in something else you have) and a straight swap for my 360. I'm not really looking to add cash. Comes with all the cords, wireless controller and Fifa 09. This Xbox has a 20GB HDD and the new motherboard that runs cooler/has Netflix built in. Controller does not have rechargeable batteries. It's in very good condition and is 100% functional. Lmk.
