These look fine, except the 1N5401 is extraneous.

The 330uF cap you list is rated only 25V which is too low for comfort.

The 100uF cap you list has 3.5mm lead pitch but the board is designed for 5mm.

Why did you select Elna RFS anyway?  I recommend Nichicon HE or PW, Panasonic FC or FM more highly for these positions.

 

I did not check your Mouser order for completeness.  You need to do that yourself, using the parts list at the M³ website.

For this application I consider the two Nichicon and two Panasonic lines as essentially equivalent.  Select whichever is in stock at your favorite vendor.

Is there a good alternative for the opamp and the socket adapter at Mouser?

AFAIK Mouser does not have the adapter.  They also do not carry Analog Devices, but they do carry a number of other opamps which are in the "recommended list" at the M³ website, many of which are in the DIP-8 package and do not require an adapter.
