SOLD thanks everyone!
I picked this up here:
http://www.head-fi.org/forum/thread/492067/fs-ic-shek-d1-nos-dac
It is the best NOS DAC I've heard, and I like it better than the others I've owned including the original Valab, the Moodlab Concept, and the Pacific Valve Fathom. It's very smooth and musical with great soundstage and deep bass. I'm selling everything except my main system so this has to go. If I could keep one extra DAC this would be it.... too bad.
As you can see from the link above, it had some shipping damage which cracked the bottom of the case. I've since glued that up and it looks much better. When viewed from the front, top, or sides, it looks perfect. If you flip it over you can see the glued area, but who flips over their DAC? It has the 3 little pointed cylindrical legs which now sit perfectly level, so for all practical purposes this is in good shape.
This unit has the 80mhz reclocking module, and includes Radioshack wall wart which is better than the original stock power suppy (that had reliability issues). The wall wart is white to match the case.
This sold new for almost $300, I'm asking $SOLD! shipped, CONUS only and paypal only please. The only real trade I might want is a decent portable player. PM me with any offers, thanks!
EDIT here are some pics, not the best but you get the point. I just noticed one side has a hairline crack as well, so minor I didn't notice it before. Again the front and top look great. If it's a big issue you could try and contact Sigtone for a new case, or better yet move it to a nice big DIY enclosure, that would be cool.
