Hi, i am interested in how diffferent cables are perceived as giving (night and day) improvements over the stock cable (hd580/600) which is thin enough to fit around the headband and cheap enough to replace if necessary.
Are other cables e.g. hd650 cable, headphile (variations) or others actually able to be heard as improved sound and strong enough to survive portable use.
Any actual expereinces would be helpful (but not of the order of 'the hd650 cable is thicker and therefore must be better variety' only differences actually heard by the writer).
