It's in excellent condition, and I'd even go so far to say mint, though to my disappointment, I spotted a small scuff today on the right edge of the back.  Other than that, it's perfect.  It's still got a warranty, and was paid in cash at a Best Buy, so if something were to go wrong, it would be easily replaceable.  It will come with a case that it has lived in it's entire life, and all accessories.  Even the iBuds (w/ some foamies).

  

Strictly for sale now. $SOLD$.

 

This is CONUS.

I know I'm supposed to wait some, but to update, I'm pretty negotiable.  I'd prefer a trade, but make offers.  I'm pretty open.
