Purchased new in Spring 2009. In great shape with velcro on the bottom, otherwise clean. I was never able to get balanced (L<->R) sound using a line level source at a reasonable listening level (signal too high), but it works fine with an iPod or the like with a headphone out. Includes AC adapter sold with the unit.
