Just got this in mail today from HK after waiting 3 weeks, which in that time sold my Etymotics.  $OLD shipped CONUS. 

 

Also, I haven't tested it, but I read in other threads that adding this little guy to other earphones may change the SQ for the better, who knows, you'll need to try it out.
