Denon AH-C751 vs. Shure SE310

Hi, new guy here, how's things?

I wanted to upgrade my Sennheiser cx-500s and I've found a couple of good deals on the above mentioned headphones:

Denon AH-C751 = £69.99 ($103.68)

Shure SE310 = £79.99 ($118.52)

I'll be using them in conjuction with a Graham Slee Voyager portable amp and my ipod/PC.

Which would you reccommend?

Thanks.

I would recommend the C751s without batting an eyelidl; these are in a different class from the SE310. However, many have found the bass (including myself) to overwhelm other sound qualities. Have you considered the C710?

hmm i think i saw this post elsewhere, anyway its more about what sound you want than whats "better" but i suspect youd be happier with the C751.
