For sale is a Scythe Kama Bay SDA-1000 Class D Amp. This is the same class of amplifier as the T-amps but equipped with a Yamaha YDA-138 (D3) instead of the Tripath-based chipset. For technical details please refer to the spec sheet and review. The case is metal with one set of gold-plated speakers binding posts; one set of gold-plated RCA input connectors (line level input). The amp is rated 10 watt per channel (8 ohm) and can be fitted in the 5.25” bay of a computer tower case. I have only used it as a standalone dedicated headphone amp to drive a pair of HD580. Used less than 10 hours. Cosmetic condition is excellent, no nicks or scratches. Headphone out is a 3.5mm miniplug.
