This may be a dumb question, but about how far apart can the 3.5mm jacks be on the player/amp to use that mini-mini? The wire just looks pretty short, I'm trying to figure out if I can use it...thanks!

i would say ideally the jacks should be no more than 3/4 of an inch apart but it can (tightly) fit jacks up to an inch apart.
