I hear that the AD700's do not need amping, but they definitely would if they ran through the line out. I am wondering what kind of improvement in sound I would hear from the LOD paired with an amp, compared to running the AD700 straight out of the headphone input. I have done some research, so if you think it is a big difference, do you think the Fiio L3 would be good for a cheap starter LOD. Also, what amp would I use for this; I hear the Fiio E5 works decent but also is a little easily broken. I also hear, although it is the max of my price range, that the PA2V2 is a very good starting amp. Any suggestions will be welcomed and thanks to all in advanced. God bless
