Hey dudes, I'm looking for a midi controller to use with ableton live 8 for looping purposes.

 

OS currently available is Vista/7 in 64bit, but I can go for some XP if necessary.

 

I want at least 61 keys and would like a wide-ish range of controls on the surface.

 

~$1000 would be sweet.



Looking at a Novation remote 61SL MKIII

 

Not really head-fi related I know but I figured i'd give it a shot.
