Display Problem on HiFiMan 801

Hi All,

My unit is acting up and I was wondering if it has happened to anyone else.  Have any of you had a problem with the entire display going white?  The navigation and playback work, but the display remains completely white?  Music plays and the DAC works, but can't navigate without the display.  Just passed the one month mark too...

Have you tried resetting it?  Push a paper clip into a small hole in the bottom to the right of the USB DAC port or pull the battery out and put it back in.

 

That is not normal.  I haven't had mine do that before.

Thanks Edwood.  Battery was the first thing I checked (had it have a few times which a re-boot helped).  I think I am going to take it back to the shop where I bought it.  They said that they could ship it back for repair.  I guess its back to my ipod and LOD for a while.
