Hello everybody, I am new to this site, although I have been browsing it for many months, this is when I needed it the most. You see, I have a Denon DCD-600, and to my surprise, although all of the other units of its time had a headphone volume control, this one apparently does not. I need to know why this is, because, although I know the sound is better coming from the CD player to a mixer, I do not have room to use the mixer with it at the moment. It plays CD's perfectly fine, (Knock-on-wood
!!!), for a CD player built in September of 1987, and acquired from a garage sale for $5. Pleeeeease help me!!!
P.S. The remote does not have a volume button either
P.P.S. I am not interested in getting a new CD player. $5 WAS all I had for it.
Thanks,
MacKat
