I never thought that I would have to part with my CT100.
It has provided me with everything I could ever need or want in a phono stage. You can easily configure it for any conceivable MM or MC cartridge, high output down to the very lowest, just by fliping a few dip switches. Audiophiles are known to change arms and cartidges from time to time, so it's nice to have a phono stage that will grow with you. The level of detail and uncompromised dynamics will remind you why you got into vinyl in the first place. It doesn't impart it's own sonic signature (coloration) that I can detect. Preamps change the sound too much for me, so I've learned to avoid them. I placed the CT100 near my turntable and ran balanced outputs staight to my Stax amp. It's also possible to run single-ended or drive your headphones directly if you have DIY skills.

I mounted the powersupplies in a sharp looking Lansing enclosure that fit perfectly. The CT100 is in an Hammond die-cast unfinished aluminum box with flanges so you can locate it anywhere close to your turntable, even behind or underneath possibly. Cost was no object on this project, so I used the best connectors, wire, and solder. Cardas. Amphenol and Alfa Cable for the DC connectors and wiring. I tested it with other powersupply configurations and I can tell you that the dual CT102's are worth the expense here. I know Head-Fi'ers will appreciate the spectacular imaging!
Parts cost over $2,000, but I'm asking $900. PM any questions and I'll be happy to discuss. Thanks.
