alo rx volume?

i just got a new alo rx and when i first hooked it up to my musiland 02 i was able to use the volume button to gradually move it up and down, but now all the sudden i press it down and it goes to low then up and all the way up, it does not move gradually, is there something wrong with it?or is that normal

Like once you turn it on and turn it down it just reaches it's lowest point then shoots up to the highest?

yea i think it has somethind to do with the order i hook up the amp source and headphones, it doesnt do it all the time

i have it hooked up right but sometimes i hook the amp up while everything is on and in the middle of listening to music not sure if this matters. yesterday i had the volume problem i described before so i turned off my mp3 player and amp then re hooked it up, now the volume was just stuck on high, i couldnt lower it through the amp.

 

im guessing the amp is messed up

Oh wow that sucks man, I'm thinking it's something wrong with the amp then. I would say to contact the guy over at ALO and see if you can get it fixed...

This happened to me once or twice ... i turned the amp on and off and then it worked itself out. Try that first.

skoog ive tried that before and it doesnt work. right now its working as intended yesterday when i took it to a friends to show him it was doing only high/low
