If Sachu set up a new PSU for me, and adjusted it in January or February after the right channel died, am I safe just swapping in my new stuffed amp boards into the case now, or is it possible the PSU settings have drifted out of spec from disuse?

Once I install the new amp boards and confirm it works then I can sell my spare SS board set, which includes an upgraded boilermakerfan BOM for the amp boards, although I don't have parts for the PSU board. I've been afraid to smoke the new amp boards.

I think sachu is first in line (according to a PM from drclaw), and then qusp is next in line.

 

I think I'm going to bite the bullet and install the hybrid boards soon, since the PSU was properly set up when sachu shipped it back to me with the bad amp board.  It should be ready for a simple board swap with the new ones from drclaw, making sure all the wires are tightened down properly so the PSU always sees a load and does not blow.  That's how I wrecked the first PSU.

 

I just was hoping someone could tell me if there is anything I need to do to check the amp boards before I power them up?  Anyone?
