Ok.. please don't laugh.. lol
But.....
I've changed my mind yet again and decided to sell my K1000.
It's really strange, the K1000 beats any speakers I've heard.
But I've done a lot of testing past week with my studio monitors and the K1000, and for mixing the studio monitors win.
I've tried Isone Pro and Redline Monitor, and found that the best results are with a room from Lexicon Native reverb and only slight crossfeed from Redline Monitor (or none at all, the K1000 doesn't need as much crossfeed as other headphones). And while this does help a little with mixing, speakers in a room simply tell me the frequency and volume balance of sounds better, the K1000 gives too much information perhaps and I can't trust mixes made on the K1000 to still sound good on cheap home speakers.
Something which all the pro forums allready say, don't mix on headphones, but I thought perhaps the best headphones would make an exception to this.
Well the K1000 sort of does, but not enough.
Will get them again one day when my budget allows for it, but since I'll mix on my speakers now the K1000 is more of a luxury for me which I can't afford (especially not since I've just had to ship my Klein+Hummel studio monitors to Germany to be calibrated in an anechoic chamber which is costing me a lot in total)
Below are the pics of the K1000:

As you can see, perfect condition :)
Only the shape of the leather parts tell it's used not new (leather is in great shape!)
Can't find a fault on these phones.
As for the box, the upper foam part is damaged in shipping as you can see. I'll add some additional bubble plastic inside the box here when shipping them myself so this doesn't deteriorate further. The lower foam part that holds the K1000 doesn't have this.
Btw I had a question from someone if my K1000 "farts" when playing low bass at high volume (apparently some K1000 do this), but this one does not.
It sounds perfect with the best bass I've heard from any headphone.
