I believe I am the third owner.  Its 100% mint condition.  It comes with XLR adapter as well as the power cable (not in pic, its a standard three prong).  Manual and registration card are also included.  That is the original box.

 

Asking $1025 (this is exactly what I paid for it on HeadFi!) + shipping.  In Tri-state and can do local pickup.
