100% mint condition, I am the second user.  I bought it brand new on Headfi who bought them from J&R (original receipt is included).  Everything is included, you can even register for the warranty.  They have about 40 hours on them.  Pics really speak for themselves (they are new).

 

Asking $1100 or BO + shipping/paypal.  I am in Tri-state, if you are in the area I can do a local exchange.  I can ship internationally.
