The removal filaments for my very nice fitting UM56's keep coming loose from their acrylic molds. This first happened within a few uses after I received my new molds. Sent them back to Westone, they repaired them, then it happened again after a few uses, sent them back again, and then again when one came loose a third time, and when they came loose a fourth time, I super glued them back in myself. That repair lasted much longer than the three Westone repairs, but now one of the filaments has come loose again.
I've tried to be careful not to remove the molds just by yanking on the filament, so I'm a little dismayed why this keeps happening. Have any other UM56 owners had this problem? Can anyone suggest a repair solution or a work-around for my problem?
