I've heard many badly compressed albums but so far none have been as bad as this one. I mean seriously, it's like they just cut off all the peaks and shoved it down a tiny wee tube. And it clips badly too.
Strangely, they didn't maximize the volume and it's actually quieter than other albums. Still sounds rubbish though.
Why would they do such a thing to what could be a fantastic album?
