Hi,

 

Can anyone tell me if there is a a provider that is legal and allows free (best, if full length) preview of the song and also offers most songs in lossless quality?

No one will ever allow full-length previews - that triggers a royalty payment.  The reason that the previews are limited to 30 seconds is that this does not trigger a royalty payment every time someone tries it.
