Hi guys.

Last time i read a few threads here i ended up giving myself a little present (Beyerdynamic A1 amp and manufaktur 880 from Beyerdynamic).

It seems it is about to happen again.

I used a digidesign mbox2 as DAC, not optimal but it was what I had laying around.

Now I am on a budget but still want a better sounding more flexible DAC. 

I have looked at the Cambridge Audio DacMagic. it seems perfect for both handling imputs via USB and via my Squeezebox setup. and the price is incredibly student friendly.

 

Am I missing something here? Or will the Cambridge Audio DacMagic be a decent compliment to my A1 and Beyerdynamic manfaktur 880s?
