Teknine Nine Millimeter IEM's Munitio Website Launches - Page 2

Those IEMs look pretty awesome but I wonder if their sound quality can match up with their visual appearance. If so, we've probably got a winner on our hands.

I'd love to try them out. I don't believe they've even been released yet.

We should invite him to Head-Fi to deliver his impressions of them!

If it sounds just as good as mtpg/mtpc with a bit more sub bass man it would sell like fast food

I don't think descriptions like "these have good stereo" and "off the hook"  would indicate he has heard the eq7's or fx700's.  I definitely wouldn't need any more bass than anything from the Monster line if that is the intention of the phones.

Looks like Munitio has launched their website: http://munitio.com/

Hope they sound good at $250.

Hmm, I think the $159 ones will do the trick.

If somebody made fakes of these I would probably get them.

Hopefully they all sound as good as the price.

There's no way in hell I would buy that! Even fx700 is too pretty for my safety. With this...it's like asking to be mugged.

Whatever the case, I would love for ljokerl, or somebody as talented as he to do a thorough review of them.

hey guys, i just joined the site, and am proud to be a owner of the these 18k limited gold version. here are a few simple thoughts i have, with..2hrs of listening with them (by no means, it is NOT fully broken in)

1 - there is definitely some GREAT bass going, literally, i've own the Shure E4Gaming earbuds that costed 350, this set was extreme clarity and bass is decent, but compared to these Teknines? no..is just no, i suppose its that huge chamber or housing , but u can literally feel bass as if you have headphones on. i also own the HD280Pro headphones.

2 - at first impression, it sounds as if its a bit stuffy? but thats obvious due to no break in time, but at around 45mins-1hr? i noticed an improvement as it goes on, and as im writing this semi FYI/Review is becoming more and more clear. its definitely a "ok" buy if 250 is not much to your pockets. besides, it seriously looks so sick in person, idk how to describe it.

3- this set - you can really listen at around any volume lvl, even at around 8% on computer, its great, can hear the lows/mids. so i guess its doing what it advertises - to listen at low volume settings and still hear wahts meant to be played. lastly, im gonna keep these on continuous play for roughly, 2-3days straight off my computer, so that they'll be broken in fully, i've set the computer volume to 28%. this is coming outta a HTOMEGA STRIKER soundcard. my playlist consists of hip hop//pop//rock//classical//trance//techno. so these babies will definitely get a piece of each genre so it can pamper me after it settles.

4-seriously, you can LITEREALLY feel bass pumpping in your ear canal - by no means, hurting your ears.

like monster turbine pro gold sennheiser ie8 ortofon e-q7 triple fi 10?

it would be clearer if you could compare to those mentioned above

im definitely interested in these golden bullets if they stack up against their rivals

unfortunately, i haven't had a chance to own those goodies yet. after acquiring the hd280pro and shre e4g's i've stopped my venture with IEM's and started warming my old school Klipsch iFi 2.1 set. =T. but ill say this tho, if 250 is not an issue, try em out; if you dont like it after break in time, can always resell it out, or keep it as a collection seeing how sexy it looks. =P music is a bloody sport..-.-
