Pardon my english but 8 month ago, I bought a vuzix video glasses from directdial.com but the screen was cracked so I decided to return it for a refund. After I sent them the item, they did not respond to my email for 3 month. They emailed me and apologized that the RMA was closed because they didnt sent the item back to the manufacture on time so they said that they will try to open a new RMA case and they were quiet and did respond to my email for another 4 month (or 4 weeks ago). They then told me that I would see a refund regarding this case within 2-3 weeks but this is now the fourth week and lately they seem to be ignoring my email (again) and I still did not received my refund. What should I do??? This is also very frustrating because I have to leave canada on june 18 and I wont be able to take my money from my account because there are no BMO banks in my country. Help!
