I bought a Buffalo32S with power supplies and volumite from Twisted Pear Audio. I inadvertently broke it and Brian offered to repair it at no charge, as he had time to. He had to put the repair project on hold for several months because he was busy, but eventually deemed the DAC broken beyond repair. Rather than returning my broken DAC after all those months, he replaced the DAC with a brand new one, with money out of his own pocket. Brian is a busy man, but an extremely good guy and very reasonable. His communication is professional and friendly, never did I ever feel like he was upset with me. Looking after customers is one thing, but truly, I have met few people as considerate as Brian Donegan.
